SINE FLU 개인정보처리방침

이 방침은 WHYDUCK STUDIO(이하 “스튜디오”)가 App Store와 Google Play에 배포하는 iPhone·Android용 SINE FLU 앱(이하 “앱”)에 적용됩니다.
개요
앱은 계정이 필요 없고 광고, 분석 도구, 추적 기술, 네트워크 기능을 사용하지 않습니다. 스튜디오는 앱을 통해 이름, 이메일 주소, 연락처, 위치, 기기 식별자 등 어떤 개인정보도 요청하거나 수집하지 않으며, 앱은 인터넷에 연결하지 않습니다.
기기에 저장되는 정보
최고 점수와 음량 설정만 앱 전용 저장 공간에 로컬로 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 개인을 식별하지 않으며 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다.
광고·분석·제3자 SDK
앱에는 광고 SDK, 분석 SDK, 소셜 로그인, 인앱 결제 SDK, 푸시 알림 서비스가 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 스튜디오는 사용자 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않으며 사용자 또는 기기를 추적하지 않습니다.
구매
SINE FLU는 App Store 또는 Google Play에서 한 번 결제하는 유료 앱이며 인앱 결제나 구독이 없습니다. 결제는 Apple 또는 Google이 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리하며, 스튜디오는 결제 카드 정보나 구매자의 개인정보를 받지 않습니다.
보관과 삭제
스튜디오가 보관하는 사용자 데이터는 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 최고 점수와 음량 설정은 앱을 삭제하면 제거됩니다. 이메일로 문의하는 경우 답변에 필요한 기간 동안만 해당 메일을 보관합니다.
아동의 개인정보
앱은 일반 이용자를 대상으로 하며 아동을 특정 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 앱은 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않으므로 아동의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

This policy applies to the SINE FLU app for iPhone and Android (the “app”) distributed on the App Store and Google Play by WHYDUCK STUDIO (the “studio”).
Overview
The app does not require an account and does not use advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or network features. The studio does not ask for or collect any personal data through the app, such as your name, email address, contacts, location, or device identifiers, and the app never connects to the internet.
Information stored on the device
Only the high score and the volume setting are stored locally in the app's private storage. This information does not identify you and never leaves the device. It is removed when you delete the app or clear its data in the device settings.
Advertising, analytics, and third-party SDKs
The app contains no advertising, analytics, social login, in-app purchase, or push notification SDKs. The studio does not share or sell user data with third parties and does not track users or devices.
Purchases
SINE FLU is a one-time paid app on the App Store and Google Play, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies; the studio does not receive your payment card details or personal information about purchasers.
Retention and deletion
The studio holds no user data. The high score and volume setting stored on your device are removed when you delete the app. If you contact us by email, we keep the message only as long as needed to reply.
Children's privacy
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children. Because the app does not collect personal data from anyone, it does not collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this page, its effective date, and the App Store and Google Play privacy answers will be updated together.
