SINE FLU 이용약관

이 약관은 WHYDUCK STUDIO(이하 “스튜디오”)가 App Store와 Google Play에 배포하는 iPhone·Android용 SINE FLU 앱(이하 “앱”)에 적용됩니다. 앱을 내려받거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 앱을 받은 스토어의 약관(App Store의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약, Google Play 서비스 약관)도 함께 적용됩니다.
이용 허락
스튜디오는 이 약관을 지키는 조건으로, 이용자가 소유하거나 관리하는 기기에 앱을 설치하여 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 제한적이고 비독점적이며 양도할 수 없고 철회 가능한 권리를 부여합니다. 관련 법률이 명시적으로 허용하는 범위를 제외하고 앱을 복제, 배포, 수정, 2차적 저작물 작성, 역설계, 디컴파일, 디스어셈블하거나 소스 코드와 에셋을 추출할 수 없습니다.
지식재산권
앱의 코드, 그래픽, 디자인, 이름, 로고 등 모든 지식재산권은 스튜디오에 있습니다. 배경 음악과 효과음은 Pixabay Content License에 따라 사용 허락된 제3자 저작물로 앱에 포함되어 있으며, 이 약관은 이를 앱과 별도로 사용할 권리를 부여하지 않습니다. 앱에 표시된 저작권·상표 표시를 제거하거나 가릴 수 없습니다.
구매와 환불
SINE FLU는 App Store 또는 Google Play에서 한 번 결제하는 유료 앱입니다. 구매 후 모든 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있으며 인앱 결제, 구독, 광고가 없습니다. 결제, 영수증, 환불은 각 스토어(Apple 또는 Google)의 정책과 절차를 따르며 스튜디오가 직접 처리하지 않습니다.
계정과 온라인 기능
앱에는 계정, 로그인, 채팅, 사용자 제작 콘텐츠, 온라인 순위표 같은 네트워크 기능이 없으며 인터넷 연결 없이 동작합니다. 최고 점수와 설정은 기기에만 저장되므로 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 삭제하면 스튜디오가 복구하거나 옮겨 줄 수 없습니다.
이용자의 책임
이용자는 관련 법령과 스토어 약관을 지켜 앱을 사용해야 하며 기기와 앱 접근 권한의 보안을 스스로 관리합니다. 탈옥이나 루팅한 기기에서는 앱이 정상적으로 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다. 거주 지역 법률상 미성년자라면 부모 또는 보호자의 동의를 받아 사용하세요.
보증의 부인
앱은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 스튜디오는 앱이 모든 기기와 운영체제 버전에서 오류 없이 동작한다고 보증하지 않으며, 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 명시적·묵시적 보증을 부인합니다. 이 약관은 관련 소비자 보호 법률이 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
책임의 제한
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 스튜디오는 앱 사용으로 인한 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 청구 총액은 이용자가 앱 구매에 지불한 금액을 넘지 않습니다. 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해 등 법률상 배제할 수 없는 책임은 제한되지 않습니다.
업데이트와 서비스 변경
스튜디오는 앱을 업데이트하거나 변경하거나 스토어 배포를 중단할 수 있으며, 새 운영체제 버전에 맞추어 업데이트가 필요할 수 있습니다. 이용자가 이 약관을 위반하면 이용 허락이 종료되며 앱의 사본을 삭제해야 합니다.
준거법
이 약관에는 스튜디오가 소재한 국가의 법이 적용되며, 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행적인 소비자 보호 법률이 보장하는 권리는 그대로 유지됩니다.
약관 변경
약관을 변경하면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

SINE FLU Terms of Use
Effective: September 10, 2026
These terms apply to the SINE FLU app for iPhone and Android (the “app”) distributed on the App Store and Google Play by WHYDUCK STUDIO (the “studio”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. The terms of the store you obtained the app from also apply: Apple's standard End User License Agreement on the App Store and the Google Play Terms of Service on Google Play.
License
Subject to these terms, the studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or extract its source code or assets.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the app, including its code, graphics, design, names, and logos, belong to the studio. The background music and sound effects are third-party works included under the Pixabay Content License; these terms do not grant you any right to use them separately from the app. You may not remove or obscure any copyright or trademark notices shown in the app.
Purchases and refunds
SINE FLU is a one-time paid app on the App Store and Google Play. All content is available after purchase, and there are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements. Payments, receipts, and refunds are handled by the respective store (Apple or Google) under its own policies and procedures, not by the studio.
Accounts and online features
The app has no accounts, sign-in, chat, user-generated content, online leaderboards, or other network features, and it works without an internet connection. The high score and settings are stored only on your device, so the studio cannot restore or transfer them if you change devices or delete the app.
Your responsibilities
You must use the app in accordance with applicable law and the store's terms, and you are responsible for the security of your device and of access to the app. The app may not work correctly on jailbroken or rooted devices. If you are a minor under the law of your jurisdiction, use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is”. The studio does not warrant that the app will run without errors on every device or operating system version and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, disclaims all express and implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and the studio's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the app. Liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, is not limited.
Updates and changes to the service
The studio may update or change the app or stop distributing it through the stores, and an update may be required for new operating system versions. If you breach these terms, your license ends and you must delete your copies of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the studio is established, without affecting any rights granted to you by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
Changes to these terms are published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the changed terms.
